Robert Glasper Brooklyn Concert reviews
Good show not as amazing as I expected
"He's a great singer, but I felt like they didn't use it properly. I got the sense that the lighting was being used to cover for some showmanship the performance was lacking here and there. Even the choreography was "just okay." They had an awesome stage setup, but there were fireworks and fire, almost overs used. The show was good. If you're a big Robert Glasper fan, I'm sure you'll have a great time. There were no alternate versions of Robert Glasper's songs, so you'll hear pretty much how they sound on the albums. I may have felt differently had I been sitting farther down."
